Customers may request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving the product(s). Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular returns/exchanges policy.
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel the order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- All items must be returned in their original sale condition, unworn, unwashed, or altered, with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned in their original boxes.
- All items must be returned in a single package.
- Return shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
- We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped; for example, orders delivered in the U.S. must be returned from the U.S.
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- The return/exchange is unfortunately not free (import and shipping fees will be at your expense).
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, certain jewelry, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned. Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
- Naturally, any defective item can be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of use or has been used or altered from its original condition.
You will be informed if we propose to reject your refund/exchange; you can choose to have the product returned at your own expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Step 1: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the defective product
Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Complete the three copies of the Proforma Invoice for Returns form. Insert all copies into the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it. These documents are necessary for customs, so make sure to complete all 3 copies.
Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier; after the courier has checked the return shipment, securely close the package.
REFUND
In the case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Inspiringjewel will not refund shipping costs for returns.
Once your package reaches us, allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) to process your return. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back at your expense. When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
